In an Instagram Live video on Monday, the young hip-hop sensation expressed her sentiments about her experience that left bullets in her foot. “It was like, just the worst experience of my life. And it’s not funny. It’s nothing to joke about. ... I didn’t put my hands on nobody. I didn’t deserve to get shot.”, she said.
Canadian Rapper Tory Lanez was arrested earlier this month and is suspected to be the culprit in the shooting. He was taken to jail under the suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon. Megan Thee Stallion has not yet unveiled how she got shot.
In the IG live video, she also talked about the loss of her Mother, Father and Grandmother and believed she was "protected" from even more serious damage.
The "Hot Girl" creator later thanked everyone who had shown her support over the last month and reassured her fans that she was "well" and "strong".
