Hillary Humphrey Kaweesa believes he is qualified to lead the country of Uganda. The 19 year-old is filing his nomination papers to run for the presidency in a giant leap of faith.
He said he would need 20m Ugandan Shillings ($5,400) for his nomination and ballot fees and also has to get 100 signatures in all the 100 districts in Uganda.
Kaweesa joins retired Army General Henry Tumukunde and Robert Kyagulanyi in the race against current President Yoweri Museveni.
