On April 16, 2004, Los Angeles Dodgers Relief Pitcher Eric Gagne faced an incredibly daunting task when he went toe to toe against, Barry Bonds.

Gagne just recently won the NL CY Young (Best National League Pitcher) the previous season while Bonds had won three straight NL MVP awards and was the most electrifying hitter in the world.
