Riz Ahmed & Octavia Spencer have fans buzzing with new thriller.
Amazon Studios have gained the rights to Invasion film
starring Academy Award Winner Octavia Spencer and immensely talented actor Riz
Ahmed.
The movie is a thriller about two brothers and a
Dad, who is a well regarded member of the Marines trying to escape an
"unhuman threat". Octavia Spencer plays a probation officer who will
help Riz Ahmed's character, the Father, get home.
According to reports, the film will be directed
by British Filmmaker Michael Pearce while Joe Barton along with Pearce are the
screenwriters. Amazon Studios will produce with Raw and Film4.
