The British based company has filed for Bankruptcy in the U.S.

As the airline industry is reeling from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, Virgin Atlantic filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy on Tuesday.
The International Air Transports Association blamed this on lack of consumer confidence, spike in coronavirus cases in America and limited business travelling.
It is expected that air travel worldwide will not fully recover until 2024.
