On This Day In 1959: Miles Davis Released 'Kind of Blue

On this day in 1959, Miles Davis released 'Kind of Blue' after recording it at Columbia's 30th Street Studio (Also known as CBS 30th Street Studio) in New York City.

Miles Davis played the trumpet. John Coltrane and Julian Adderley played the saxophone. Paul Chambers and Jimmy Comb got busy on the bass and drums while both Bill Evans and Wynton Kelly were on the piano.
