Onyx pioneered bald head fashion within hip-hop during the early 90s.

The 1994 Soul Train Awards saw Onyx win their first mainstream award for their debut album 'Bacdafucup' which featured three hit songs titled "Slam", "Throw Ya Gunz" and "Shiftee".
