"For The Love of You" is a 1975 hit single by The Isley Brothers from their 2nd album called "The Heat Is On".
The song was released on September 22nd, 1975 and was recorded in Burbank, California. The Isley Brothers both wrote and produced the song.
The classic single peaked at #10 on the billboard charts. The song appeared in the movie "Menace II Society" and has been covered by artists such as Freddie Gibbs, Slick Rick, Common and many more.

Roberto Carlos is regarded as one of the most premier left-backs in the history of soccer. He is a World Cup winner, Champions League title holder and a legend of the sport.
Arguably, his most audacious moment as a player came 24 years ago today as he would leave French Goalkeeper Fabian Barthez baffled after scoring a goal from 35 meters that defied physics.
"I never tried to kick like that again, because I know I would have never scored," Carlos said.
